We’re happy to announce that you can now get live help from within the Imbercal program. If you’ve got a question, query or need to know how to do something then just click the ‘Live Help’ button that sits next to the settings menu button and one of our support staff will be happy to help you straight away.
The Live Help button will only appear when one of our support staff is available, usually 8:30 – 5:30 every weekday. At all other times you can email support@imbercal.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
